Membership Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Membership Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, Concierge-level service to our members. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries about our programs, maintaining active accounts, and processing annual fees through both inbound and outbound calls. Our goal is to ensure every member receives outstanding support while keeping their membership current and engaged. Team members are expected to meet weekly performance goals to qualify for commissions and bonuses.

Required Responsibilities:

Zendesk tickets

Responding time efficiently to chats

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Multi-task and organizational skills

Dependability

Positive attitude

Previous phone sales experience is a plus

Full Time: (Not Remote)

Monday - Friday 11:30AM -8:30PM

Rotating Saturdays from 10:00AM-2:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
