Job Description:

RSI Vacations is looking for a spirited and goal driven professional with sales experience in any industry! Our Frontline Team Supervisor provides direction and development of call center associates. This position is responsible for motivating, coaching, and communicating with their team all while helping to ensure that our members are receiving excellent customer service. Brainstorming with other Managers and Associates to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated and to maximize efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction. Sales, Management, and Customer Service experience is a plus!

Schedule: This is an In Office Position

Mon-Friday 11:15AM-8:00PM

Rotating Saturday 10:00AM -2:00PM

Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
