We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. **Responsibilities:**

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting. - Provide supportive care to individuals with dementia, ensuring their safety and dignity. - Perform basic life support measures, including CPR and first aid. - Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical professionals. - Utilize aseptic technique to maintain a clean and sterile environment for patients. - Assist with lifting and transferring patients as needed. - Document patient care and progress in accordance with agency policies. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. -Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Participate in orientation and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent experience. Current certification in basic life support.

Proficiency in anatomy and medical terminology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working with people with developmental disabilities.

Providing dementia care and support.

Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.

Experience in medical-surgical environments.

Proficiency in basic life support.
