About RPR Financial CPAs & Advisors:
RPR Financial is a rapidly growing CPA firm looking for associates to join our team and grow with us. RPR’s practice has been a stronghold in Southeast Kansas for nearly 50 years. We are currently looking for an office associate for our main office in Chanute, KS. We are looking for team members who can:
· Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a positive attitude;
· Possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and take initiative;
· Take a proactive role in continuing to build upon our goal of exceptional client service;
· Be a self-starter and possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
· Contribute to a high energy, team-oriented environment;
· Possess an entrepreneurial mindset to help us continue to improve our firm overall

Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. We are happy to train
Minimum Experience:
- Office experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person
-Any accounting or tax experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
1. Request, receive, scan in and organize client information
2. Data entry of tax information (training provided)
3. Basic QuickBooks bookkeeping entries (training provided)
4. Assistance with other office administrative tasks as needed
Compensation & Benefits Package:
$38,000 to $42,000 based on experience. We are mainly looking for people who have office or accounting experience, but we are also willing to train the right person who has the positive attitude and good work ethic that we look for in our team members.
