Job Overview

The Resell Club, the most sustainable thrift company on the planet, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing/Shipping Associate to join our small but dedicated team! You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse and office operations running smoothly. From managing inventory and fulfilling orders to listing items and maintaining a tidy workspace, you’ll help ensure that everything flows efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.

Hours

15-25 hours per week

Our warehouse/office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Flexible hours are available.

Key Responsibilities

Product Photography & Listing: Your main task will be photographing and listing products on our website using professional lighting and equipment.
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and care. No heavy machinery or forklifts are used; however, you will need to handle bins weighing up to 20 lbs by hand.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, report any discrepancies, and help keep stock organized.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by performing light cleaning and organization as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly goals.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry bins of up to 20 lbs.
Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods may be required.

Skills & Qualifications

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Apple products and basic troubleshooting (e.g., printer issues, Wi-Fi connections).
Packing & Shipping: Familiarity with packing products securely and shipping them to customers.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and organization, especially in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with the team.
Work Ethic: A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
