Position Title: Office Coordinator

Objective:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join TeamCTS. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer engagement, efficient ticketing processes, and smooth product logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Dispatch technical services and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Coordinate product ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Uphold excellence in customer service by maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong initiative, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and other office software
  • A high degree of confidentiality, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong service orientation.
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience with phone systems and clerical tasks.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
