Family owned and operated for over 80 years, we have positioned ourselves as Dayton's premier furniture retailer. Our Company offers a beautiful work environment, along with a team of talented and friendly professionals. We are seeking an experienced and fun Office Manager because a valued member of our staff is moving out of state. Our store is open Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 - 5:30.
Job Requirements Include:
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
- AR/AP and order management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Basic accounting and book keeping skills are preferred.
- Post daily sales and check order acknowledgments for any pricing errors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Stock and manage office forms and supplies.
- Work well with warehouse staff to check in freight and handle service claims.
- Answer phones with a focus on customer service.
- Must be team oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
