AIA Countertops, located in Syracuse, Indiana is seeking individuals to join our team.

AIA Countertops, empowered by Patrick Industries, Inc., is a fabricator of solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops, backsplashes, tables, and other products to the Residential, Commercial, RV, and Marine industries.

Those who work in production may be responsible for different positions, including pneumatic tool use to buff and sand, gluing, and/or general labor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Those who work in these positions work in a production environment to produce quality parts for the customers we serve.

  • Candidates must have a good work history
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously throughout their shift
  • Candidates must be able to work in a manufacturing environment including the heat during the summer
  • Must be able to work efficiently and safely while meeting quality standards
  • Candidates must have good communication skills
  • Able to stand throughout the duration of the shift
  • Must be able to use hand tools
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail is critical
  • Must have excellent attendance

Compensation: Depending on fabrication level (position hired – introductory period reviews and annual reviews thereafter)

We are hiring under Fabrication Levels 2 and 3; under these fabrication levels, one will be responsible in learning and performing functions within the hired fabrication level (cross-training)

Work Environments:

Work is primarily performed in a factory setting with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and debris.

  • Our shift schedule starts at 4:30 am and plan to work until 3:00 pm Monday to Friday with ocassional mandatory Saturdays. Are you able to work the enterity of the shift?
  • Open interviews are scheduled for THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026: 10:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. - they will be held on-site at AIA Countertops: the HR OFFICE is located inside the manufacturing facility (entrance is located on W. Railroad Ave.)
