Position Summary
The Operations Administrator oversees daily administrative, financial, human resources, and marketing functions to ensure smooth store operations. This role supports management and staff, maintains compliance, and drives organization, communication, and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
- Update and maintain in-house and online menus
- Pay bills and manage vendor accounts
- Monitor and manage Positive Pay activity
- Process monthly gas bills and payments
- Ensure operational accuracy and organization across departments
- Maintain and monitor all required business licenses and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely renewals.
Marketing & Promotions
- Create, manage, and update social media content
- Develop and implement store promotions
- Coordinate promotional materials and menu updates
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms
Human Resources & Payroll
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Assist with benefits administration
- Support general HR duties and compliance
- Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and employee handbooks
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with management and staff
- Review and approve employee write-ups and performance reviews
- Coordinate and conduct 6-month and annual performance reviews with management
Leadership & Support
- Act as a point of contact for staff and management regarding operational and HR matters
- Support leadership with documentation, communication, and employee relations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and financial matters
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with payroll, HR processes, and administrative systems
- Social media and promotional experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Work Environment
- Office and store-based role
- Requires interaction with management, staff, vendors, and financial institutions
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
