Company Overview:

Premier Pitching and Performance is a private pitching organization that provides high-level pitching assessments and builds training programs to help reduce the risk of injury and optimize performance. We serve many colleges across the country as a data and analytics consultant, as well as, offering our own training equipment. Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the administrative and operational business duties for Premier Pitching Performance. He/she is responsible for financial data entry, CRM management and the overall business operations that allow the business to run on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliation for checking accounts
  • Reconcile deposits/payments in quickbooks:
  • Stripe
  • Square
  • Mindbody
  • Credit card
  • Player Registration/Membership Management/customer service
  • Hubspot Management
  • Travel Coordination
  • Intake/Inquiry Communication
  • Facility management
  • Task management support
  • Making cash deposits
  • Creating/sending invoices
  • Pay bills and outstanding invoices
  • Coordinating with the accountant
  • Taking items out of inventory
  • Sales tax
  • Reporting
  • Payments
  • Payroll
  • Employee onboarding paperwork
  • Sending completed paperwork to payroll company
  • Reimbursing employees
  • Giving Per Diem to employees
  • Coordinating Health benefits
  • Filling out personal property tax forms and making the payment
  • Setting up inspections
  • Fire
  • Alarm
  • Fire extinguishers

Job Type: Full-time
