Full job description

We are needing a FULL TIME employee. The bare minimum Work week is Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8:30am to 5:45pm and Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 5:45(Winter)or 7:45(Summer). If you cannot work this FULL TIME schedule, please DO NOT APPLY. If properly doing this job, expect 55-65 hour work weeks. Do not expect weekends off for the first year of employment.

Cedar Ridge Range is looking for a responsible individual to fill the Operations Manager position. MUST be 21+, be able to arrive and depart from work on time, be safety conscious and capable of enforcing and quizzing new visitors on all of Cedar Ridge Ranges Safety rules. Some knowledge on firearms and firearms related products would be helpful but not required.

Must have a clean background check. No criminal record, and Drug and Alcohol abuse will not be tolerated. You will undergo a federal background check.

Full time Salary – This job entails doing anything required for the business to operate smoothly. Your main duties are training staff, ensuring staff follow SOP, opening and closing business, ATF form completion and compliance, marketing/website/social media, cultivating and following up on sales leads, planning & executing range events, checking in visitors, cash handling using a POS system, ordering product, ensuring that those below you have the tools and products needed to increase sales.

Must be responsible, have basic computer skills, be able to answer the phone in a positive manner, and display exceptional customer service skills. Occasional outside work will be necessary if short staffed.

***Starting Pay of $55k-75k/year depending on experience/qualifications. This position provides plenty of opportunities to earn additional income if you are reliable and hard-working.
