## Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing service and project jobs to ensure smooth business operations.
## Responsibilities
- Answer calls with excellent customer service and log requests. Obtain detailed information relevant to request.
- Enter new jobs, quotes, and tasks based on request and assign to appropriate resource for follow up.
- Coordinate all job scheduling and confirmations. Obtain detailed information pertinent to the job or quote request.
- Conduct a daily check in and out with technicians confirming job status, progress and follow ups. Update in Simpro software based on check in.
- Update all jobs to allocate equipment and materials and track job progress.
- Close out all jobs and work with accounting to invoice.
- Issue Purchase Orders for service job materials, track packing slips and receive items into system.
- Enter vendor invoice number, date, freight and sales tax after confirming material has been received and is operational.

- Must posses excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in utilizing web based front office software system and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and needs to be a team player
- Ability to hold technicians accountable to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented and excellent listener.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,322.00 - $66,809.00 per year
