Position Purpose
To be the best part of our patients’ day by providing first-class patient experience with clinical orthodontic care.
The right candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess excellent verbal skills and attention to detail, and be extremely people oriented.
The ideal candidate must have 2 or more years experience in a clinical orthodontic setting with Invisalign, braces, and digital scanning,, and finds it a true JOY to serve others from the heart!

Clinical Patient Responsibilities
- Be the best part of our patients’ day by caring from the heart with the FRIENDLIEST ORTHODONTIC TEAM IN TOWN!
- Provide a memorable and fun experience for patients throughout their orthodontic journey
- Provide clinical orthodontic patient care for patients in active Invisalign or braces, working with Dr. Eberle and team to provide first-class clinical patient care
- Intraoral digital scanning, digital photography and radiographs
- Delivery of Invisalign attachments, aligners and review of orthodontic instructions
- Orthodontic instrument sterilization and infection control
- Provide oral hygiene, appliance and retainer instructions to patients and parents
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed for various appointments
- Seat patients and assisting with turnover of clinic units
- Maintain precise and accurate communication within patient records
Eberle Orthodontic Team Responsibilities
- Infuse the office with joy and positivity!
- Assist with ordering supplies
- Help manage our retainer delivery system
- Schedule patient appointments
- Provide excellent customer service on the phones
- Actively participating in morning huddles and monthly team meetings
- Attend out-of-office marketing events (ie. schools and fairs) and participate on internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Be creative and innovative, helping us to become the BEST team that we can be!
Qualifications
- Required 2+ years of experience in orthodontic assisting
- Candidates must be enthusiastic, great with people, and have an always positive attitude
- A desire to interact with people, connecting with the heart while working in the mouth
- Demonstrate manual dexterity
- Strong computer skills and quick-learner, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Peaceful, calm demeanor with focused attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Required 2+ years of experience in orthodontic assisting
- Punctual, dedicated, loyal and hard-working team player
- Healthy organizational and task management skills
- Professionalism with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter able to move work and projects forward while prioritizing tasks

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
