Member must be a self-start and can deliver the desired service expectations required by the customer that will encompass a multitude of military operations. Must be able to address any relevant issues that arise within the SENSI network, strong working knowledge on DOD operations, and maintenance within the supported industrial network and related architecture. The ability to troubleshoot systems, assist with systems upgrades, and facilitate work with Trident’s key stakeholders and partners is required for this role. Position requires daily interface with customers at numerous levels. Candidate must possess, and use, a high degree of tact and interpersonal communication skills in daily interactions with team members, clients, vendors, and end users.

Must be a team player with strong communication skills and can manage time accordingly and responsibly.

Requirements

  • Be able to perform in situ troubleshooting, identify issues and or problems within the system, write and deliver situation reports as required.
  • Support planning and execution of field operations.
  • Draft/Adapt/Maintain Program of Record documents.
  • Manage logistics support of project activities and assets.
  • Self-Managed with strong customer support abilities
  • Associate degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field, OR five (5) years corporate/DoD experience/Military MOS that supports computer electronics and or radar technician/repair.
  • Network or systems administration certifications are a plus/Completion of related military IT courses (as applicable)
  • Experience with troubleshooting firmware and/or software.
  • Ability to identify fiber pathways, pull cables, and tap into existing networks.
  • Familiarity with NEMA boxes and associated components.
  • Obtain and maintain climb certification for up to 150 feet.
  • Provide 24-hour support to CUAS systems. NLT 3-hour response time.
  • Must have or could obtain and maintain a department of Defense Secret Security clearance.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities Areas

Operations-

  • Support the planning and implementation of network solutions, such as outage continuity plan, network testing/evaluation, and network configuration. Provide operational and technical skills in support of the client’s CUAS program. Will work as part of a small team with their primary focus of site operational and customer training requirements. Will support the maintenance of the fielded CUAS equipment, re-installation of Lowest repairable units (LRUs), training, integration, and sustainment of these solutions with existing client infrastructure.
  • Performs administrative duties as required to include record keeping, reporting, and inventory management in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintains and develops technical competence through formal training programs, on-site training, and on-the-job training.
  • Adheres to all required company policies concerning confidentiality of company information as well as customer policies procedures including Custody and Control Procedures.
  • Assists with parts inventory; supports shipment of parts for repair and replenishment and maintains the inventory of tools and test equipment as required.
  • Records maintenance activities using approved methods and procedures.
  • Actively promotes a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open communications and providing pro-active attention to customer requirements.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to travel, as necessary, in support of business needs, including travel to provide coverage for other Field Engineers during vacations, illnesses, etc. Coverage can be within home territory or could require travel to other territories.

Site1/2 Project Logistics/Technical Support-

  • Familiarity with assembly and disassembly of MIL-DTL-38999 connectors.
  • Work with the CUAS Team to develop and conduct training on the proper care, use, maintenance and preventive maintenance of systems.
  • Support permanent / semi-permanent installations and continuing operational support, monitoring, and maintenance of CUAS systems in various environmental conditions to support client CUAS operational requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination and repair of GFE assets with OEM and support vendors.
  • Complete maintenance and administrative forms to document issues / gear failure.
  • Receive / ship CUAS equipment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in network security protocols, automation, and network infrastructure.
  • Implement patches to CUAS systems.

Additional Requirements-

  • Coordinate with Logistic Staff in movement of Equipment and Materials.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; experience working with tools.
  • Ability to use and communicate a wide variety of technical data from OEM manuals, engineering drawings, etc. to non-technical system end users.
  • Ability to become FAA flight certified for sUAV.
  • Maintain accurate / up to date vehicle mileage log and provide weekly vehicle reports for billing.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
