Zindars Property Development LLC is a fast-growing real estate development company. We are a fully licensed Illinois real estate company that offers brokerage, property management, and development services in east central Illinois. One division of our business handles property sales and leasing, rental maintenance, and turnovers. We have a second division that redevelops property including single family homes, apartments, and commercial retail locations. We primarily renovate distressed or value-added properties and restore them. We are looking for the right team members to join our organization. This is a fast-paced environment, with a lot of opportunities for growth. We are the market leader in Danville, IL for real estate redevelopment and we have some significant, meaningful new projects in the pipeline.

We are seeking a leasing agent to join our growing team! This is a position with the opportunity for advancement in a fast-growing real estate management company. Candidate has the opportunity for income growth through experience and training. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. Candidates must obtain an Illinois Leasing License in the first 60 days of employment. Prefer candidates that have leasing license or previous leasing experience.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for:

· Sales & marketing for newly renovated rentals, handling aspects of listings as assigned

· Responding to rental inquiries

· Processing applications received in a timely manner

· Review and prepare Leases agreements

· Scheduling and conducting showings

· Managing renewal inspections and move-out inspections

· Exemplify exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Review leases

· Assist with delinquency and eviction cases

· Additional office tasked assigned by the Property Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

· Leasing License

· Previous experience leasing real estate

· Experience with Show Mojo and AppFolio

· Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

Applicants will be required hold an Illinois leasing license within two months of hire.

A minimum of 2-year associates degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates will preferably have a background in business or accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
