Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Enter invoices, payments, and other data in QuickBooks
- Maintain organized office records and files
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Help fill gaps where needed with additional assistant tasks and office support
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Dependable with a positive attitude
Schedule:
Part-time hours with flexibility based on business needs.
