Position Overview:

The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase the Company's products, services, team, and culture. This role works closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing professional photography that aligns with the Company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Photography:

• Plan and coordinate photography concepts with the Head of Marketing to align with overall marketing goals.
• Capture high-quality photographs of dental restorations, laboratory processes, products, team members, and company events.
• Take professional images for marketing materials, social media, website content, and promotional campaigns.
• Photograph behind-the-scenes activities, educational content, and client or team highlights.

Photo Editing:

• Edit and retouch photographs to ensure a polished, professional appearance.
• Adjust lighting, color, composition, and branding elements to maintain consistency across all visual content.
• Optimize images for use across digital platforms, print materials, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Ensure all photography aligns with the Company's brand standards and visual identity.

Creative Direction:

• Collaborate on creative concepts to visually showcase the laboratory’s expertise, products, and services.
• Research photography trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance content quality and engagement.
• Propose new ideas for photo campaigns, product showcases, team spotlights, and case presentations.

Content Management:

• Organize and maintain a library of photographic assets for easy access and future use.
• Format, resize, and prepare images for various marketing channels and technical requirements.
• Maintain proper file naming, storage, and archiving procedures for all photography assets.

Marketing Integration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure photography supports broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate on scheduling and publishing visual content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the Company website.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics related to photographic content and recommend improvements when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in professional photography and photo editing.
• Proficiency with photography equipment and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong understanding of visual branding and content creation for digital platforms.
• Experience in marketing, social media content creation, or commercial photography is a plus.
