Overview:

Welcome to Center for Lifetime Health! We are seeking a dynamic physician to join our well-established family practice. Located in the heart of downtown, we offer independent, accessible, and affordable healthcare for patients in Treasure Valley. We have a flexible and dynamic provider team who lead the practice to provide the highest quality of healthcare, outside the constraints of the hospital systems.

Expectations:

· Schedule 2 days per week (0.4 FTE) - $200,000 x 0.4 FTE = $80,000 / annually

· 7:1 Call Ratio

· Amazing support staff consisting of RN’s/MA’s/Front Office Staff

Qualifications:

· Medical degree from an accredited medical school (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O) degree from an accredited osteopathic medical school.

· Residency training in family medicine.

· Board certified or eligible.

· Active medical license in the state of Idaho.

· Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
