The Role: Press Brake Operator (Second Shift)
We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our production crew in Berthoud, CO. As a growing brand, we are looking for team members who aren't just looking for a job, but a place to build a career and a community.

What You’ll Do

Master the Machines: Operate, process, and bend cut parts using the press brake for the duration of your shift. This is a highly focused role centered on executing repetitive, redundant machine operations to meet exact daily production targets.
Keep Us Moving: Receive and process incoming metal shipments; organize stock and maintain an accurate inventory.
Quality First: Inspect every product for quality—because our customers rely on us when they’re miles from civilization. You will need to maintain intense focus while performing routine, identical quality checks on high volumes of parts.
Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to optimize production flow.

Who You Are

You Thrive on Consistency: You enjoy a highly structured environment and find fulfillment in mastering a predictable, redundant daily routine without needing constant variation in tasks.
You’re High-Energy: You’re ready for a fast-paced environment and a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (3PM–12AM).
You’re Physically Ready: You can comfortably lift and move 70 lbs and handle the repetitive physical demands of continuous press operation.
You Have the Experience: 1+ Years of Press Brake Experience
