Location: On-Site – Berea, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

HMF Racing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production / Assembly Laborer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in assembling exhaust systems, bumpers, parts kits, and other off-road performance products. You’ll work closely with our production team to prepare high-quality components that riders across the country depend on.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble exhaust systems using an air rivet gun and other tools
• Organize and package parts for outgoing shipments
• Assist with the pulling and organizing of components for orders
• Support inventory and order management tasks
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe production floor
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment
• Packaging and shipping products for orders
• General assembly of bumpers, parts and other components

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
• Comfortable working with tools and hands-on assembly
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs on occasion and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethics
• Training will be provided

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Monday - Friday: On Site

Wage:

• Wages: $19-$26
• Pay is based on experience and capabilities. Will be discussed during interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
