About us

Modern Air Design, LLC is a locally owned and operated business here in the Charlotte, NC market. We specialized in new construction HVAC installations, and direct to consumer sales and service on existing HVAC units.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. If you have experience in coordinating construction production activities and possess strong mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee production activities to ensure timely completion of projects

- Monitor builder schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

- Assist in the planning and implementation of production processes

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment performance

- Assist customers in scheduling warranty work

- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process and implement solutions

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or equivalent environment

- Familiarity with warehouse operations to coordinate with warehouse team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
