What we are looking for:

• A happy, punctual, and hard-working person who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.
• A team player who is willing to step in and help others and is not afraid to ask for help when they need it.
• Great communication! Someone who is able to communicate with team members and management about the ins and outs of the jobsite.
• Previous cleaning experience is NOT REQUIRED; we provide all training!

What a Day with us looks like:

A full day with Albany Cleaning Solutions starts at 7:50 AM at our office space at 1903 Palmyra Road, where we meet up with other team members, grab snacks, and hop in our assigned work vans. Leave your car in a private fenced-in parking lot!

We then head out with our teammate to our first cleaning of the day. Before noon, we will clean 1-2 homes or offices where we scrub bathrooms, clean kitchens, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and do other miscellaneous cleaning tasks.

At noon, we take a quick lunch break where you can go home, eat at our office, eat out, run errands, or do anything else you need to.

The afternoon is the same as the morning, where you head out with your assigned team member and clean another 1-2 locations before finishing up around 5:00 pm and heading home!

What We Offer:

• Monday - Friday schedule, daytime only. No weekends, holidays, or evenings!

• Part-time, 10 - 25 hours per week with option to expand to full-time based on performance.
• Paid training at $12 / Hour, with a pay raise upon training completion to $13.
