Architectural Project Manager

12–15 Years of Experience

Position Summary

Charles Vincent George Architects, Inc. (CVG) is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with 12–15 years of professional experience to lead and manage complex architectural projects from initial client engagement through construction completion. The ideal candidate is a licensed architect or experienced project management professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining exceptional client service and project execution.

Primary Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact throughout all project phases.
· Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
· Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
· Coordinate internal project teams and external consultants.
· Oversee development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
· Review drawing sets and specifications for completeness, coordination, and code compliance.
· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, ADA requirements, and life safety standards.
· Oversee construction administration services including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
· Mentor and supervise Project Architects, Architectural Staff, and consultants.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
· 12–15 years of architectural project management experience.
· Licensed Architect preferred.
· Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and permitting processes.
· Experience managing commercial, automotive, retail, medical office and corporate interiors is a plus.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam REVU is necessary. Knowledge in Revit is beneficial.
