  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when balancing customer expectations, operational realities, and project constraints

Duties & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Scope Development & Validation

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams during the proposal and approval process to help shape installation scope, labor assumptions, project approach, and operational feasibility
  • Identify potential project risks, scope gaps, logistical concerns, or technical challenges prior to project approval
  • Support estimating, site review, and project design discussions to improve project accuracy and execution success
  • Assist in developing practical and executable installation plans that align customer expectations with operational realities
  • Provide operational and technical input during scope revisions, customer discussions, and pre-sale project planning
  • Project Execution & Coordination
  • Own multiple installation projects from approved scope through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, workflow, materials, and project deliverables
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including work orders, material lists, site maps, installation agreements, change orders, and project closeout documentation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or scope concerns
  • Maintain organized and accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Purchase and coordinate job materials and logistics as needed

Technical & Operational Support

  • Support subcontractors and internal teams in resolving project-related issues and field challenges
  • Assist in validating labor assumptions, installation feasibility, and operational readiness throughout project execution
  • Exercise sound judgment in determining when escalation, scope clarification, or change-order processes are necessary
  • Conduct remote or on-site project check-ins as needed to support quality and project success
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
  • Help identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, project quality, and installation consistency

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

  • Support long-term customer satisfaction through responsive and solutions-oriented project management

  • This position is fully remote, though occasional travel to customer or project sites may be required.
