Project Superintendent

FS, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to join our highly skilled team. This position comes with a great sense of pride and leadership as you are seen as the expert that helps keep job sites running smoothly. At FS, Inc. you will be working with the most advanced heavy equipment and technology. As Project Superintendent, you will ensure the crew progresses efficiently and make changes in the operation as necessary to meet deadlines. You will be the person who oversees daily operations at a job site, interacts with property owners and contractors, and prepares reports for projects.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all employees and quality of work on-site
  • Ensure all safety and compliance standards are being followed
  • Address any safety violations and concerns immediately
  • Provide daily updates and progress of job
  • Troubleshoot or adjust plans to keep job ruining smooth and on time

Candidate Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to read blueprints and GPS
  • Ability to lead and supervise a crew
  • Must be able to operate equipment and perform daily tasks on the job sites
  • Ability to read and understand all surveying and control staking
  • Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excavation Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year based upon experience
