Overview

The R&D Department at Aces Fuel Injection, Inc. (Aces EFI) plays a vital role in the overall success and continued growth of the company. As an R&D Technician, you will support new product development, testing, and continuous improvement processes. This role requires precision, focus, and consistent execution according to clearly defined procedures, ensuring that Aces EFI continues to deliver industry-leading solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Level 2 quality inspections.
Perform internal quality investigations and track resolutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA procedures.
Report QA issues and recommend improvements to the team.
Manage the Tool Control process.
Perform RMA Technician duties.
Assist with process improvements as the first-user tester.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow defined procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Familiarity with EFI systems or automotive technology is preferred.
