As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced renovation crew member to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Renovation Crew Member with a full range of job site skills and a specialization in tile installation. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and delivering high-quality finishes in residential renovation projects.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, and can confidently work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. This position requires someone who can manage their time effectively, problem-solve on the job site, and proactively identify next steps without constant supervision. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

This person will play a key role in executing design intent, maintaining job site standards, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Your experience in renovation and construction, combined with your strong finish skills, attention to detail, and ownership of your work, will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tile Setting: Execute high-quality tile installations including floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and custom applications with accurate measurements, cuts, grout lines, knowledge of waterproofing and all tile related systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Experience in other construction and renovation projects skills such as demolition, flooring installation, drywall finishing, cabinet installation, paint and millwork installation.
• Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges proactively
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in compliance with company and L&I standards
• Communicate progress, delays, or issues clearly with team leadership
• Assist with general renovation tasks as needed to support overall project timelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on tile installation experience in residential renovations
• Experience in residential construction/renovation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and design plans
• Proficiency with tools and equipment
• Knowledge of proper surface prep and installation techniques to prevent failure
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites within Snohomish and King County using your personal vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
• Comfortable working in active construction environments

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift M-F

Ability to Relocate:

• Snohomish County, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Our hiring process includes an initial in-person interview, followed by a paid working interview on an active job site. The working interview gives both you and our team the opportunity to assess skills, work style, and overall fit in a real-world environment.

Pay: $31.25 - $45.68 per hour
