Lead HVAC Installer
Journeyman License Required | $28–$40/hr + Incentives | 4-Day Work Week

What You’ll Do

Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation jobs
Install HVAC systems in homes, garages, attics, rooftops, and ductless applications
Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after the install
Keep jobs clean, organized, and professional
Use tablets and smartphones for job tracking and invoicing
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job

Qualifications

Oklahoma Journeyman HVAC License required
HVAC installation experience required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Clean, professional appearance
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable using tablets and smartphones
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Willing to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to push, pull, carry, and maneuver equipment safely
Comfortable working from heights, on rooftops, in attics, and in crawl spaces
Able to carry ladders and work in tight spaces when needed
