Residential Remodeling Carpenter

We have an immediate need for a person with well-rounded remodeling experience for a full-time position. Experience with all finishing aspects of residential remodeling required. Must be a service-oriented person with 2-5 years’ experience with interior trim, cabinets, drywall hanging, taping and finishing, painting, tile, flooring and a basic knowledge of mechanicals. This individual needs to be able to produce high quality work, have a good work ethic, good people skills, and be able to work efficiently. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

· Ability to complete assigned tasks to completion.

· Prep work area and keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized.

· Maintaining a positive work environment.

· Constant communication (with supervisor and clients).

· Assess materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete assigned tasks.

· The ability to manage several tasks on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

· Treating everyone with courtesy, respect, and in a professional manner

(setting the example).

· Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive trucks with trailers in a safe manner.
