Position Overview: As Manager, you will help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly by overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and supporting the General Manager. Your responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service standards, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also assist with inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and other operational tasks to support the restaurant’s overall success.

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Ensure both front and back of the house are organized, stocked, and clean
  • Monitor and manage orders, inventory, and costs to maximize efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  • Handle reporting and budgeting tasks
  • Uphold and promote our standards of excellence in food quality, service, and overall guest experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full service restaurant experience in a similar environment (fine dining, fast-paced, high-volume)
  • At least 2–4 years of management experience
  • Proficiency in full-service operations and managing a full bar
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and efficiencies
  • Proven track record of delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team with strong personalities
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a fun and engaging atmosphere
  • Ability to troubleshoot, perform due diligence to avoid issues, and solve problems quickly

Work Schedule:
The work schedule for the Manager will be determined by their manager, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the operational demands of the restaurant. You will be working on-site at your designated restaurant at least 5 days a week, a minimum of 50-hours per week. You may be required to work outside of regular workdays and hours based on business needs.
