Job Overview: The Heritage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving the profitability and success of a community-oriented restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage, train, and schedule a team of restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for all restaurant personnel.
  • Monitor financial performance, focusing on budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and foot traffic, both from club members and the general public.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere that aligns with the values and standards of The Heritage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Experience with inventory management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of improving guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic financial software is a plus.

Performance Evaluation: The Restaurant Manager’s performance will be evaluated based on two primary metrics:

  • Profitability: Demonstrating an ability to control costs while driving revenue and increasing the restaurant’s profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, measured through feedback and repeat business.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
