Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. If you have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a background in hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus
