Beach Bagels & Subs is Wilmington’s original all‑day bagel and sub shop — fast, fun, and built on great energy, made-to-order cooking, and a team‑first culture. With four locations and more on the way, we’re building a leadership bench for the future of our brand.

We’re looking for Shift Managers who love hospitality, thrive in a fast kitchen, and want a clear path to Store Manager roles.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team through busy breakfast and lunch rushes with confidence and calm
• Work the line as a strong cook while coaching and supporting your crew
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, and guest experience
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Handle basic POS troubleshooting (Revel) and daily operational tasks
• Support ordering, prep planning, and waste control
• Build relationships with regulars and turn first‑timers into fans
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across the shift

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, AGM, etc.)
• Strong cooking skills and comfort working a busy line
• A calm, upbeat presence that motivates teams
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in real time
• ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Open availability, including weekends
• Ability to work at any of our four Wilmington locations
