Position Overview:
The Restoration Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages restoration projects throughout all phases of work. This role ensures project schedules, budgets, scopes, safety standards, and quality requirements are met while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, engineers, and internal teams. The position requires a balance of office‑based project management and active field involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage restoration projects from award through closeout.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work are met.
- Conduct on‑site walkthroughs and inspections with clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Estimating, Proposals & RFP Support
- Prepare detailed project proposals and scopes of work.
- Respond to RFPs and support pursuit and preconstruction efforts.
- Review site conditions and project documents to support accurate planning and execution.
Documentation & Financial Control
- Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Track project costs and support financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval of scope changes.
Communication & Client Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, property managers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Communicate clearly and regularly regarding project status, schedules, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat work and long‑term partnerships.
Safety & Quality
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards on all projects.
- Ensure restoration work complies with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with required restoration experience.
- Proven ability to develop proposals, scopes of work, and manage RFP processes.
- Concrete restoration experience and exterior cladding experience required.
- ICRI certification (International Concrete Repair Institute) required or ability to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of building envelope systems, structural repairs, and exterior restoration methods.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Panama City region as required.
