Position: Sales Advisor – Full and Part-time positions available
Location: Georgetown, Washington DC
Meermin is a footwear company based in the beautiful island of Mallorca (Spain), with one mission: to create high quality Goodyear welted shoes that last and fit well, providing the best value in the market. To date, we operate physical locations in New York, Madrid, and Paris, in addition to our e-commerce based business. We are now opening our newest store in Georgetown, Washington DC, and are excited to present a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing team. The Sales Advisor will directly report to the Store Manager at our new Georgetown location. We're looking for junior level sales talent willing to work hard and learn a lot about footwear and menswear.

What you'll do:
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience in person as well as through phone and email.
- Cultivate relationships with our customers – advise them in all things fit, leathers, and style.
- Assist in all store operations, including but not limited to fulfilling customer requests, visual merchandising, receiving shipments, inventory, and stock organization.
- Develop and utilize product knowledge to meet retail sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Follow procedures for all operations including inventory, product receipt, retail sales, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain professional dress standards and appearance.
- Undertake additional duties or share responsibilities during busy times and as requested by the Store Manager.
- Assist with other non-retail duties as requested.
- Previous retail or sales experience required.
- Shopify POS experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
