About the role

We're looking for a result-driven Sales Associate whose #1 job is connecting with customers and turning them into loyal fans of Inti. You'll work closely with customers to understand their style, tell the story behind our vintage pieces, and close sales. The best part of this job is the conversations — if you light up talking to strangers about cool clothes, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer within 10 seconds of walking in
• Ask the right questions to understand their style, needs, and lifestyle
• Build outfits, suggest pieces, run the fitting room
• Tell the story behind the brands, eras, and finds
• Hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Process POS purchases accurately
• Keep your assigned section presentable and fully stocked
• Cross-sell and suggest pieces customers didn't know they needed
• Build trust-based relationships with regulars — remember names, styles, sizes
• Team up with co-workers to deliver a great in-store experience
• Support with floor resets and restocks when it's slow
• Suggest ideas to improve sales, merchandising, or store design

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred (not required if the personality is right)
• Must be 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED; college is a plus
• Passion for fashion, vintage, music, movies, and pop culture
