Overview:

Herbin Co. is a premier luxury accessories store specializing in high-quality, fashionable handmade hats, handbags and other pieces that cater to discerning clientele. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to maintain the store's high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a store manager in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a personalized shopping experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
  • A passion for fashion and luxury brands.
