Job Summary

Hawk Roofing is seeking a skilled Roofing Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in roof repair, installation, and may include various other construction needs. Hawk also installs gutters, siding, and metal trim coil.

Duties

- Inspect roofing surfaces and make suggestions regarding appropriate repairs

- Install insulation, shingles, shakes, slate tiles and other materials according to the manufacturer instructions

- Set up vents to ensure that moisture doesn’t damage a roofing surface

- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget

- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and equipment effectively

- Conduct quality control checks on work performed

- Train and mentor new team members

- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients

Requirements

- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment

- Knowledge of various construction techniques such as roofing, siding, gutters, and rubber roofing

- Ability lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and operate safely on a roof

- Strong leadership and communication skills, Spanish speaking is an excellent plus!

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- US citizenship, or right to work required

- Valid driver's license is required

Commission Opportunities

Hawk Roofing will pay commission for roof referrals directly from the roofing contractor after completion of job and payment by customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
