Sales Associate

Job Overview Purologix Water is looking for a driven, people-first Sales Associate to join our growing team. You'll meet with residential and commercial customers, assess their water quality needs, and help them invest in cleaner, healthier water. This is a consultative in-home sales role where building trust is the strategy. If you're energetic, honest, and motivated by results, we want to talk.

Duties

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess water quality needs and recommend the right solutions
• Conduct in-home water tests and product demonstrations
• Present and enroll customers in Total Water Care Plans and ongoing service agreements
• Follow up with leads, past customers, and referrals to maintain a full pipeline
• Represent Purologix professionally at every touchpoint: phone, in-person, and follow-up
• Collaborate with our install and service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track activity and results using field service and scheduling tools

Requirements

• Previous sales experience: in-home, field sales, or service-based preferred
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain language
• Self-starter who manages their own schedule and holds themselves accountable to targets
• Honest, trustworthy demeanor: customers invite us into their homes
• Basic tech comfort with mobile scheduling and digital tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $22.14 - $26.66 per hour
