Sanitation Worker

Location: Angola, NY

2nd Shift: 5:30 PM-2AM

Wage: 16.50/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Cleaning, foaming and sanitizing the processing line
Moving, removing, and replacing equipment parts as required for proper sanitizing procedures.
Manual cleaning/scrubbing of processing equipment and surfaces
Sweeping, shoveling, removing waste from floors
Ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Must be able to operate all equipment required to clean and sanitize processing equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; heat; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually not loud.
