Overview:
ReSourceUSA is a fast-paced, growing contract apparel decorator. We are dedicated to taking care of both our customers and our employees. We offer competitive benefits that include paid time off, paid holidays, and bi-weekly pay. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality prints on various materials using screen printing techniques. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to producing visually appealing products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to UV light
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Set up and operate automatic/manual screen printing machines
- Load materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during printing, such as ink smudging or misalignment
- Clean screens, squeegees, and other equipment after each print run
- Maintain an organized inventory of screens, inks, and other printing supplies
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Screen Printer
- Proficient in screen printing techniques and equipment operation
- Strong knowledge of print principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of visual design principles and ability to interpret design specifications
- Teamwork - Oriented with a positive attitude

We offer a fun, creative work environment in a small-business setting. Hours of operation would primarily be Monday through Thursday with Friday being overtime.

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience in a commercial screen print/apparel decoration setting.
