Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Hat Designer and Artisan to join our team. This position involves sewing hatbands, adding decorative accoutrements, and providing innovative designs for our in-house hat collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique hatbands and decorative elements for various hat styles.
• Sew and attach hatbands, ensuring precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Add creative and personalized accoutrements to hats, enhancing their aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new and innovative hat designs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into your designs.
• Ensure all products meet the company's high standards of quality and design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hat design, sewing, or a related field.
• Strong sewing skills with attention to detail and precision.
• Creative flair and ability to design unique and fashionable hats.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and materials used in hat making.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
