Seasonal Painter/Laborer

Job Overview
We are looking for a part-time seasonal Painter/Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work. Hours will vary based on workload, typically ranging from 10–50 hours per week.

You’ll assist with painting and general labor tasks on both new construction and renovation projects. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person with a good work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with surface prep (cleaning, sanding, taping, priming)
• Help apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Support with basic carpentry tasks such as trim or small framing projects
• Perform caulking and sealing as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and safely

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic painting or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work well with a team
• Basic measuring skills are a plus
