Overview
Molly’s is a new pub opening in Dover, NH, blending a grazing-style pub with entertainment and a community-focused atmosphere. We’re creating a warm, welcoming space for both locals and visitors, and we’re looking for passionate, guest-focused servers to join our opening team.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, welcoming environment, including bathrooms and dining areas.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences: guide guests through the menu, offer food and drink recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs.
Handle guest interactions with professionalism; resolve issues independently when possible, and escalate to managers when appropriate.
Exercise sound judgment, balancing guest satisfaction with restaurant policies.
Use Toast POS handhelds and terminals to take orders and process payments quickly and accurately.
Learn the full menu, including ingredients and allergy details, to confidently answer guest questions.
Complete all sidework efficiently and accurately.
Keep personal phones out of guest view while in service areas.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment.
Dependable, with availability on nights and weekends.
Prior serving experience and Toast POS knowledge are a plus, but we’re open to training the right person.
