Service Coordinator

Job Summary
En Route RV Services is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This person will play a key role in making a positive first impression while ensuring every customer feels heard, understood, and taken care of from the initial call.

This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, collecting accurate and detailed information about RV service needs, scheduling service appointments, and supporting backend operations such as parts ordering and warranty submissions. The Service Coordinator will work closely with field technicians to ensure schedules are efficient, well-organized, and aligned with customer needs.

This position plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while keeping technician schedules full, organized, and efficient. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from RV owners seeking repair services
• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful customer experience
• Gather detailed and accurate information about customer concerns and RV issues
• Enter customer data and job details into scheduling software
• Schedule service appointments for field technicians
• Coordinate and optimize schedules for two technicians
• Communicate appointment details clearly to customers
• Maintain organized and accurate service records
• Order parts as needed for upcoming jobs
• Submit warranty invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all calls and service requests are properly documented

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional phone presence
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center, dispatch, or scheduling experience
• Experience working in a service-based business
• Familiarity with RV systems or RV ownership

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
