Greenwood is currently hiring a Service Project Manager to support and execute service work across Massachusetts within our Service Division. You will manage service-related projects from intake through completion—including repairs, maintenance work, and small projects—while coordinating field teams, ensuring quality execution, and delivering a strong client experience.

The Service Project Manager works closely with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Sales team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from work order through completion and closeout
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for each job
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Perform site visits to monitor progress and quality

Field Coordination

  • Work directly with service crews and inspectors to execute work
  • Provide clear direction and scope clarification to field teams
  • Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed
  • Ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed

Client Communication

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned service projects
  • Provide updates on job status, scheduling, and progress
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness at all times

Financial & Job Tracking

  • Track job costs, labor hours, and material usage
  • Support accurate job costing and profitability tracking
  • Assist with change orders, T&M tickets, and documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate closeout of projects

Systems & Documentation

  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce and Procore for project tracking
  • Maintain accurate job records, photos, and documentation
  • Support reporting and data accuracy across service operations

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years experience in commercial roofing, construction, or service operations
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, repairs, and maintenance work
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read plans, scopes, and specifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
