What You’ll Do:

Perform lawn care services, including fertilization and weed control, following company standards.
Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including truck-mounted sprayers and ride-on spreaders.
Load and unload materials, ensuring all necessary products are stocked for the day.
Plan and optimize daily routes for efficiency.
Communicate with customers professionally and address their lawn care needs.
Identify different grass types and apply the correct treatment mix.
Conduct daily and weekly maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Hardworking, dependable individuals with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
