Job description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in shipping and receiving operations to ensure the smooth flow of our warehouse operations.

We are looking for an experienced shipping clerk to join our Greensburg/Youngwood, PA warehouse team. In this role, you will be managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse. Your experience in order fulfillment, inventory managing and warehouse operations will be crucial to ensure that we meet each customer's specific requests. This position is ideal for someone who is detailed oriented, has strong mathematical skills, and excellent communication. If this is you, we would like to have you join our Greenburg/Youngwood team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the verification and record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Expertly assemble and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments, promptly identifying damages.
  • Maintain meticulous inventory records.
  • Collaborate with team members for efficent operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-o shipping/receiving experience.
  • High school diploma or college degree/diploma.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, including proficiency in computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $18 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.

Schedule:

  • Enjoy a stable, full-time position with regular 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
