About Smart PNW

Smart PNW designs and installs premium smart home, AV, window covering, and energy efficiency solutions. We are a rapidly growing company based in Tacoma with a physical showroom and a strong commitment to excellence, professionalism, and culture.

Our leadership team is high-capacity, fast-moving, and decisive. We solve problems creatively, pivot quickly, and care deeply about people.

To continue scaling well, we are looking for a steady operational anchor who thrives on clarity, structure, and disciplined execution.

This is not a clerical role. This is an operational leadership-track position.

We are looking for a master of prioritization and structured execution — someone who brings calm to complexity, builds systems that keep momentum steady, and ensures important details never fall through the cracks.

If you love building order inside growth and want to grow into meaningful operational leadership, we want to meet you.
