Job Summary
At WellKept Boise, we believe that Time is Luxury. We help Treasure Valley homeowners stay ahead of home maintenance, prepare homes for sale, and tackle the projects that often go unfinished in busy family life. Through thoughtful craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliable service, we aim to make homeownership feel lighter.

We’re looking to build a small team of dependable, skilled individuals who can assist on home projects as jobs arise. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and wants flexible supplemental income without committing to a full-time schedule.

About the Role

This is an as-needed, part-time position with flexible scheduling based on project demand and your availability with potential to become a full-time team member.

Typical hours may range from 2–20 hours per week
No guaranteed weekly hours
Most projects will be scheduled with 1–7 days notice
Our long-term goal is to build a trusted bench of 2–4 reliable team members for larger projects and busy seasons

Who We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates:

Have strong attention to detail and take pride in quality work
Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and team members
Are dependable, adaptable and solution-oriented
Have previous handyman, construction, maintenance, or trade experience (self-taught experience absolutely counts)
Have reliable transportation
Hold a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
